JOB SUMMARY

Are you ready to lead NZXT's gaming PC components, peripherals, and accessories business in the DACH & Benelux regions? As the Country Manager, you'll play a key role in expanding NZXT's market presence and sales across all product categories and channels.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Channel Mastery: Understand the territory's channel landscape, including distribution, retail, eTail, resellers, and system integrators. Develop and implement strategies to increase NZXT's market share.
  • Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, from executives to decision-makers, to foster growth opportunities.
  • Sales Strategy: Create sales plans aligned with company and channel strategies. Forecast sales, monitor progress, and review performance to meet revenue goals.
  • Competitive Edge: Use market intelligence to stay ahead of competitors and strategize accordingly.
  • Price and Margin Management: Monitor pricing and margins to ensure competitiveness and profitability.
  • Marketing Collaboration: Work with marketing teams to drive campaigns that support business growth.
