Fleequid is a fast-growing B2B marketplace revolutionizing how companies buy and sell used industrial vehicles through online auctions. We’re an ambitious scale-up with big plans : expand to 10 European countries by the end of 2025, and launch in the U.S. soon after. With strong momentum and a rapidly growing customer base, we're building a smarter way for businesses to trade heavy vehicles, and we’re looking for driven people to help us scale.

What You’ll Do

As Country Manager – DACH , you’ll be fully responsible for driving Fleequid’s growth and operational excellence across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. Your scope will span both commercial and operational execution , with a strong focus on building and leading a high-performing team, ensuring outstanding execution on the ground, and making the DACH region a success story.

You’ll oversee a cross-functional local team — including Field Sales Representatives and Operational Support Staff — and act as the link between the region and our international leadership team. You will ensure the right strategy is executed locally with precision, adapting it to market realities, and turning vision into results.

Your main responsibilities :

  • Build and lead a regional team covering both Sales and Operations functions.
  • Recruit, coach, and manage Field Sales Representatives and ensure on-the-ground alignment and accountability.
  • Supervise and optimize operational workflows (vehicle onboarding, documentation, logistics coordination) to ensure frictionless delivery and execution.
  • Drive business development, participate personally in key negotiations, manage Key Accounts and ensure market penetration and revenue growth.
  • Define and monitor KPIs across the entire local team (commercial + operations), and proactively act on performance data.
  • Act as the main point of contact between DACH and Fleequid’s central functions (Sales, Operations, Product), ensuring bi-directional communication.
  • Ensure full adoption of internal tools (CRM, operational systems) and compliance with Fleequid’s processes.
  • Capture market intelligence and client feedback to inform strategy and product evolution.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in B2B environments, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role overseeing commercial and / or operational teams
  • Proven track record of scaling teams and driving growth in the DACH region
  • Strong understanding of operational processes and ability to manage execution complexity
  • Excellent leadership and decision-making skills
  • Hands-on, analytical, and results-driven
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Experience in marketplaces, automotive, logistics or industrial sectors is a strong plus
  • Willingness to travel frequently across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland
