Qualifikationen

• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Premium-/Luxussektor (Einzelhandel, Gastronomie oder ähnlich).
• Fließende Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse; Kenntnisse in Russisch, Mandarin oder Arabisch sind von Vorteil.

• Independent management of the counter & team leadership, motivation, and development according to DIOR guidelines, KPIs, and sales targets, including personnel planning
• Professional, personalized, and unique customer consulting according to DIOR guidelines
• Building and developing a strong and exclusive customer base
• Ensuring an excellent service level through customer-oriented thinking. Be a role model for your team!
• Monitoring and optimizing counter operations, sales, and KPIs, including reporting
• Developing and organizing sales-promoting measures at the POS independently
• Ensuring a luxurious brand image and implementing our DIOR merchandising guidelines
• Commercial training in retail or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in the premium/luxury sector (retail, hotel industry, gastronomy, or similar)
• Understanding of the cosmetics, fashion, and luxury market or strong motivation to acquire this knowledge
• Fluent German and good English skills; Russian, Mandarin, or Arabic skills are an advantage
• Open, confident personality with sales and communication strength
