1. Independent management of the counter & leadership, motivation, and development of the team according to DIOR guidelines, KPIs, and sales targets, including staffing planning
2. Professional, personalized, and unique customer advice following DIOR guidelines
3. Building and developing a strong and exclusive customer base
4. Ensuring an excellent service level through customer-oriented thinking. Be a role model for your team!
5. Monitoring and optimizing counter operations, sales, and KPIs, including reporting
6. Independently developing and organizing sales-promoting measures at the POS
7. Maintaining a luxurious brand image and implementing our DIOR merchandising guidelines
8. Commercial training in retail or a comparable qualification
9. Several years of professional experience in the premium/luxury sector (retail, hotel industry, gastronomy, or similar)
10. Understanding of the cosmetics, fashion, and luxury market or a strong motivation to acquire this knowledge
11. Fluent German and good English skills, Russian, Mandarin, or Arabic skills are advantageous
12. Open, confident personality with sales and communication strength
13. High service orientation & flexibility
