Currie & Brown is expanding its Frankfurt team and seeks a Quantity Surveyor/Cost Manager to support major programmes across the pharmaceutical, industrial data centre and commercial sectors.

You will provide cost management and commercial support throughout the project lifecycle, delivering successful outcomes for leading global clients within an international consultancy that invests in its people.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics or related discipline.
• Experience as a Quantity Surveyor, Cost Manager, Cost Consultant or Commercial Manager.
• Strong post‑contract experience including valuations, change control and final accounts.
• Knowledge of construction contracts and commercial management principles.
• Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience within data centres, pharmaceuticals, industrial, manufacturing, commercial buildings or major capital projects.
• Chartered status or progression towards chartership is desirable.
