Zusammenfassung

Crown Roofing Ltd is seeking a Junior Quantity Surveyor to join our European team on a major project in Frankfurt, Germany. This site-based rotational role offers exposure to tendering, cost control and the commercial delivery of high-value construction schemes.

Reporting to the Commercial Manager, you will assist with tenders and pricing, quantity take-offs, interim valuations, procurement and cost reporting while developing alongside experienced professionals.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related construction discipline, or relevant construction industry experience.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• High attention to detail.
• Strong IT skills, particularly Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Full driving licence.
• Willingness to work away from home on a rotational basis in Frankfurt, Germany.

This is a site-based rotational position, so you'll need to be comfortable working away from home on a rotational basis. Flights and accommodation are provided.

The Role

Essential Requirements
