Zusammenfassung

Das IT-Systemhaus der Bundesagentur für Arbeit sucht einen Experten im Kostenengineering in Bremen. Sie werden Machbarkeitsstudien durchführen, Kostenanalysen unterstützen und die Qualität der Kostenschätzungen sicherstellen.

Erforderlich sind ein abgeschlossenes Studium in Luft- und Raumfahrttechnik oder einer vergleichbaren Disziplin sowie fortgeschrittene Excel-Kenntnisse. Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch sind ebenfalls notwendig.

Qualifikationen

• Abgeschlossenes Studium in Luft- und Raumfahrttechnik oder vergleichbare Ausbildung.
• Ausgezeichnete Kenntnisse der MS-Office-Suite, insbesondere MS Excel.
• Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Englisch.

Aufgaben

• Durchführen von Machbarkeitsstudien und Implementierungsvorschlägen.
• Koordinieren der Kostenengineering-Aktivitäten sicherstellen, dass Kostenauswertungen pünktlich geliefert werden.
• Beitragen zur Definition interner Prozesse im Kostenengineering.

Your Tasks

• from feasibility studies to implementation proposals
• from specific subsystems to E2E systems
• for all domains, from Earth Observation to Telecommunication or Science Exploration
• for a variety of customers, but in particular ESA, EC, DLR, BW
• Provide costing expertise to the project team supporting the collection and validation of cost input, from internal company sources (departments) and external team members and suppliers
• Coordinate the cost engineering activities ensuring the delivery of the required cost analyses (respecting the customer and the company internal requirements) in quality and in time
• Support the cost optimisation activities granting that the different constraints and requirements are properly reflected (technical, programmatic, financial, georeturn, etc etc)
• Ensure that the cost analyses is reviewed according to the internal policies and is aligned within all the internal stakeholders (management, BD, project team, departments, procurement, controlling, etc)
• Contribute to the definition of the internal processes associated to cost engineering
• Contribute to the definition of the set of tools and templates associated to cost engineering
• Contribute to the organization and execution of in-house trainings on cost engineering

Your Qualifications

Hard requirements:

• Completed studies (Diploma or Master) in aerospace engineering or equivalent qualification (i.e. mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, physics)
• Advanced knowledge of the MS suite, especially MS Excel (VBA, PowerQuery, PowerPivot, PowerBI)
• Very good communication skills in oral / written English
• Experience in the space sector

Additional competences considered strong assets:

• Experience in the commercial space sector
• Knowledge of SQL language
• System engineering or Project Management background (2 years +)
• Very good communication skills in oral / written German
