What will you do?

  • Lead work streams on corporate finance services including M&A, valuation, business modeling, and due diligence assignments;
  • Prepare clear client reports and deliverables in French and English;
  • Guide and coach junior team members;
  • Identify new business opportunities and pitch to clients, participate in presentations and workshops.

This offer is for you if:

  • You have at least 6 years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or transaction services;
  • You hold a Bachelor and Master’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related discipline;
  • You possess relevant professional qualifications such as CFA or CAIA;
  • You demonstrate business acumen and can identify business development opportunities;
  • You are fluent in English; French is a strong asset.
