We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Corporate Development Analyst to join Fioneers' team in Berlin. In this role, you will be a driving force behind data-driven strategy execution, focusing on organizational and people analytics within our corporate development team.

Responsibilities
  • Structure and analyze data in a meaningful way to support organizational and people strategies
  • Ensure high data quality and optimize processes
  • Develop HR dashboards, dashboards, and presentations to enable management decision-making
  • Conduct analyses to deepen understanding of talent acquisition, management, compensation, and benefits
  • Present findings to stakeholders, including senior management
  • Analyze data sets, derive measures, and propose adjustments to the People Strategy
Requirements
  • University degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Business Administration, or a related field, with practical project management and analytical experience
  • At least 2 years of experience in organizational or people analytics, preferably in digital business, management consultancy, or a fast-growing startup
  • Proficiency in Excel, reporting tools (especially PowerBI), and basic programming skills
  • Strong ownership, result-oriented work style, and ability to manage multiple tasks in dynamic environments
  • Fluent in English; German language skills are a plus
  • Experience with SuccessFactors is a plus
