Quik Hire Staffing is seeking a Corporate Counsel to join a global technology leader on a full-time basis. The role focuses on corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and strategic business decisions, advising leadership and cross-functional teams.

You will lead due diligence, draft and negotiate complex contracts, and help shape policy to align with internal standards and external regulations across multiple jurisdictions in Germany and beyond.

Qualifikationen

• JD required from an accredited law school.
• Active state bar membership with corporate law experience.
