YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Generate timely, accurate, and insightful management reports for senior leadership.
2. Preparation and coordination of company-wide budget planning.
3. Monitoring financial KPIs and variances, identifying areas of concern or opportunities for improvement.
4. Create and maintain financial models to support financial planning and operational business decisions, including investment analysis and profitability assessments.
5. Analysis-driven support for strategic projects in Controlling and beyond.
6. Reflecting on existing processes and driving continuous improvement measures.

YOUR PROFILE

1. BS or MSc in Economics (focus Controlling) or a similar level of education.
2. Proven professional experience (3+ years) in global Controlling / FP&A of a multinational company.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a pro-active, solution-oriented attitude.
4. IT savvy with excellent skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
5. Preferably experience with Oracle Hyperion Financial Management and SAP.
6. Good communication and presentation skills (verbally and in writing).
7. Fluent in German and English.
