Job Description:

The Role

We are seeking a passionate Corporate Communications Specialist. This role involves storytelling, copywriting, and design, reaching the right audience through appropriate channels, and focusing on internal communications, employer branding, and sustainability communications. Join us and contribute to our growth ambitions with your communication expertise!

You will be responsible for:

  • Serve as the central contact for all internal communications, developing and managing engaging content for channels such as the intranet, newsletters, emails, and events.
  • Manage our corporate identity and develop and coordinate branded materials (flyers, image videos, promotional items).
  • Support content stakeholders across regions and departments, enhancing their communication efforts and ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and our strategy.
  • Support our sustainability team by translating our sustainability initiatives into impactful narratives and by planning, creating, and implementing sustainability communication actions.
  • Develop and maintain our employer branding presence on social media and the company website together with HR, creating strong editorial and creative content to strengthen the employer brand for long-term positioning as an authentic and attractive employer.
  • Coordinate communication activities and manage content approvals to ensure timely and accurate execution.
  • Manage internal and external stakeholders (e.g., internal departments, agencies, etc.).

About You

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in communication, journalism, PR, marketing, or a comparable field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in corporate communications or a related field, preferably within a B2B environment.
  • Strong creative abilities and excellent written and verbal communication skills, with expertise in storytelling and copywriting.
  • Creative mindset with an eye for composition and design, coupled with proficiency in simplifying complex ideas into clear messages and stories.
  • Highly communicative, skilled at networking, and possessing strong team player capabilities.
  • Structured, goal-oriented way of working.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office, with beneficial experience in other creative software.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English, with additional languages being an advantage.
  • Additional training in sustainability is beneficial.
