According to Business France's eligibility conditions, the Volontariat International en Entreprise (VIE) is an assignment in a French company operating overseas for professionals between the age of 18 and 28 who are nationals of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Iceland, and Liechtenstein).

If you are already living and paying taxes in Germany, you are unfortunately not eligible to participate in a VIE in Germany.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Analysis of corporate actions announcements
2. Producing and sending notifications to clients and collecting instructions
3. Monitoring of deadlines and schedules
4. Consolidation and forwarding of client instructions to securities depositories
5. Creation and verification of transaction settlements
6. Reconciliation of cash and securities accounts
7. Handling inquiries and issues over the lifecycle of the corporate actions
8. Archiving of documents and transaction files

Main Missions:

1. Effective administration of the assigned corporate actions end-to-end
2. Comprehensive support of the team in their daily activities
3. Ensure compliance with all policies and regulations
