Qualifikationen

• Responsible for designing, developing, testing, and implementing technical solutions, translating business requirements into actionable specifications.

• Resolves complex technical issues, maintains thorough documentation to support ongoing improvements.
• Design, code (PowerOn, SQL, etc.), test, and deploy custom solutions, reports, forms, and related core system utilities.
• Build and maintain connections between Symitar and third‑party platforms (using SymXchange, Symform, web services).
• Assist with the analysis of core system data to support business operations, member service, lending, accounting, compliance, and online services.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues, ensuring system stability and data integrity.
• Work with business units, IT, and project managers, providing technical guidance and support.
• Maintain accurate, thorough, and timely documentation of system changes, programming activities, troubleshooting efforts, and project deliverables.
