How you support our team

• You develop and proofread content for various areas such as B2C, B2B, print, digital, and marketplaces.
• You ensure that linguistic and grammatical conventions are adhered to and that the brand's tone of voice is consistently implemented.
• You create blog posts, product names, packaging, and video scripts under guidance, always considering SEO criteria and brand guidelines.
• You research and develop product FAQs and collaborate with departments such as Creative, CRM, and Social Media.
• You contribute creative ideas, present confidently, and design promotional materials for all channels to optimally support the customer journey.

What sets you apart

• You have a degree in Communication, German Studies, Journalism, Media, or a comparable qualification.
• You have at least 4–5 years of professional experience, ideally in an agency or e-commerce.
• You possess strong linguistic skills in grammar, punctuation, creative expression, and a good sense of language, and you stand out for your strong conceptual thinking, as well as your precise, creative, and idea-rich writing. You are a team player, resilient, and flexible, with experience in stakeholder management and mentoring new colleagues.
• You strategically apply your extensive digital know-how and experience with design thinking, testing/analytics, and agile work methods.
• You have strong linguistic competencies in grammar, punctuation, creative expression, and a good sense of language.
• Excellent product knowledge or the willingness to independently acquire this knowledge distinguishes you.
