Idealerweise bringen Sie mehrere Jahre Erfahrungen im HR mit, insbesondere in dynamischen Umfeldern. Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sind erforderlich. Qualifikationen

  • Mehrere Jahre Erfahrung im HR, idealerweise in einem dynamischen Umfeld.
  • Erfahrung im Recruiting, insbesondere für digitale oder kreative Profile.
  • Gutes Verständnis von HR-Prozessen und Arbeitsrecht.
  • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.

Aufgaben

  • Betreuung einer festen Gruppe von Mitarbeitern als HR Business Partner.
  • Aktive Unterstützung im Recruiting-Prozess und Durchführung von Interviews.
  • Gestaltung und Unterstützung interner Trainingsformate.
  • Übergreifende HR-Projekte zu Themen wie Mitarbeiterbindung und Employer Branding.

WHAT YOU WILL DO WITH US

As a (Senior) People Manager, you will be part of our People team and play an important role in supporting our employees and managers. You will be the point of contact for various units, support people issues from A to Z and contribute your ideas and experience to our HR projects.

  • You look after a fixed group of employees as an HR Business Partner - this means: you support managers in their day-to-day work, accompany discussions, develop measures for further development and have an open ear for the teams.
  • You provide active support in recruiting: together with the units, you create suitable job advertisements, manage the process and conduct interviews - especially for creative and digital roles.
  • You help new colleagues to settle in - from their first contact to their start with us. Onboarding is more than just a process for you.
  • You design, organise and support our internal training formats and personnel development measures and can take over the management of our internal workshops and coaching sessions.
  • You will work on overarching HR projects - for example on topics such as employee retention, leadership, employer branding or internal formats.
  • You have a good feel for administrative processes and a solid basic understanding of how HR processes work. You work closely with the People Administration team and can provide support when needed.

  • Structured and able to maintain an overview even in turbulent times
  • Communicative and self-confident - both in teams and with managers
  • Pragmatic and solution-orientated
  • Reliable, takes responsibility and likes to think along with others

YOU HAVE...
  • Several years of experience in HR - preferably in a dynamic environment such as an agency, consultancy or start-up
  • Experience in recruiting - ideally for digital or creative profiles such as UX, IT or project management
  • A good understanding of HR processes - you are also familiar with the administrative basics
  • Basic knowledge of labour law and confidence in dealing with typical HR issues
  • Enjoy the mixture of operational work, consulting and project work
  • Enjoy developing yourself professionally and thematically and contributing your know-how in a targeted manner
  • Very good German and English skills

YOU ARE WELL VERSED...

(not a must, but a plus)

  • with the HR tool Personio
  • with the moderation of workshops or management formats
  • with employer branding or people analytics
