Qualifikationen

• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Maschinenbediener oder vergleichbar.
• Berufserfahrung in der Maschinenbedienung.
• Programmierung in Siemens Sinumerik und/oder Heidenhain von Vorteil.

Aufgaben

• Produktion von Stahl- und Maschinenbaukomponenten.
• Eigenständige Bedienung und Programmierung von Dreh- und Fräsemaschinen.
• Überprüfung und Messung der gefertigten Teile nach Qualitätsstandards.

Your profile

• Successfully completed training as a cutting machine operator (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• Professional experience in the above-mentioned activities
• Programming skills in Siemens Sinumerik and/or Heidenhain an advantage
• Manual dexterity, technical understanding and confident handling of technical drawings
• An independent, reliable and results-orientated way of working
• A good mix of teamwork and independent work

• Independent operation, set-up and programming of a lathe (Siemens Sinumerik control) and milling machine (Heidenhain control)
• Checking and measuring the manufactured parts according to quality standards
• Independent execution of maintenance and care work on the machine
• Occasional conventional turning, drilling and grinding
