Responsibilities
  • Support HR Business Partners as a professional partner as a Coordinator (m/w/d) Process and Administration.
  • Coordinate and manage the applicant management system for the Business Partner's departments and handle administrative tasks related to the hiring process up to onboarding.
  • Ensure smooth scheduling and serve as the first contact for applicants.
  • Create HR documents such as employment contracts, certificates, and attestations, and manage administrative processes.
  • Manage small projects independently and prepare presentations and statistics on HR topics.
  • Continuously review HR service processes and propose efficiency improvements.
  • Develop and continuously improve the services you are responsible for and support HR process management.
Qualifications
  • Completed commercial apprenticeship.
  • Several years of experience in HR work, with skills in project implementation and process optimization.
  • Strong communication skills, service orientation, and process-oriented thinking.
  • Structured, independent work style, high initiative, resilience, and team orientation.
  • Excellent MS Office skills, experience with e-recruiting systems (SAP SuccessFactors), and good knowledge of SAP/R3 HCM.
  • Good German and English skills, spoken and written.
