Responsibilities
- Acceptance and incoming inspection of electrical and mechanical measuring devices
- Documentation of transport damage if required
- Coordination of delivery and handover of goods to service providers
- Creation and management of delivery bills
- Organization and management of open orders
- Preparation of delivery notes for invoicing to Controlling / Accounting
- Placing orders with external service providers
- Obtaining quotations and carrying out price and performance comparisons
- Processing and managing delivery notes
- Managing scheduling and delivery agreements with suppliers
Your profile
- At least 3 years of professional experience in order processing
- Sound knowledge of MS Office and SAP
- Business fluent German and good English skills
- Strong technical understanding
- Excellent communication skills and cross-departmental cooperation
- Independent and structured way of working, high resilience, and organizational talent
- Ability to work in a team and assertiveness
