Qualifikationen

• 3-5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im pharmazeutischen Umfeld, insbesondere in der Qualitätssicherung.
• Kenntnisse der nationalen und internationalen Anforderungen für Arzneimittel.

Aufgaben

• Co-Design der Prozessdefinition für Abweichungen und CAPAs.
• Organisation und Dokumentation des Abweichungssystems und der CAPA-Systeme.

With your passion and expertise and together with our international colleagues, you will contribute to achieving our company goals. As a Deviation/ CAPA Coordinator in Quality, your responsibilities will include the following tasks:

• Co-designing the process definition for deviations and CAPAs, creation/update of department-specific SOPs
• Organization, execution, and documentation of the deviation system, monitoring deviations, QA support in the creation and processing of deviations
• Organization, execution, and documentation of the CAPA system, monitoring and processing of CAPAs
• Contact person for the relevant JIRA modules, carry out JIRA training sessions regarding deviation and CAPA-system
• Contact person for non-conformities and CAPA for internal and external customers
• Creation of data for tracking due dates of quality-relevant JIRA modules

YOUR PROFILE

• Completed scientific Studies in Science, Engineering or a similar field
• Alternative completed education as PTA with over 5 years of experience in deviation/CAPA management
• 3-5 years of professional experience in a pharmaceutical environment, particularly in quality assurance
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office package and database queries as well as Basic knowledge of statistics
• Knowledge of national and international requirements for pharmaceuticals and medical devices
• Analytical thinking and the ability to understand and logically present complex matters
• Team oriented, proactive organizational talent
• Perseverance, independent and self-organized work style
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English
