• Preparing ingredients and dishes, serving according to MINE-restaurant’s specifications
• Maintaining high-quality food standards
• Keeping a sanitized and orderly environment in the kitchen
• Supervising the goods, incl. ordering and proper storage

Your Qualifications:

• Working experience as a cook (m/f/d) or in a similar role
• Good knowledge of processes in restaurant operations
• Knowledge of Italian cuisine would be an advantage
• English skills are a must – Italian and other foreign languages would be an advantage
• Cook school diploma would be an advantage
