Job Description

How does your working day look like …

• As part of your job, you’ll ensure that processes are flexible, the kitchen is clean, and the team members work hand in hand – even if the receipt list is sometimes longer.
• You’ll be committed to the high standards of our food, and make sure our junior chefs, apprentices, and trainees are committed to this goal as well.
• As a trained caterer, you’ll also be taking up the ladle yourself over and over again.

Qualifications

Your personality counts more than your CV …

• You’ve completed a course of training as a chef, and you have experience as a young chef or commis chef.
• You can motivate your fellow staff and lead a team.
• You’re passionate about live cooking and international cuisine, and are renowned for your organisational skills in the kitchen.
• You’re not just bringing your abilities, but also your character.
