Key Qualifications and Skills

- Ability to scale operations and manage complex projects.
- Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance frameworks.
- Exceptional leadership and team-building skills.
- Financial acumen, including experience managing budgets and contributing to financial planning.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to align scientific innovation with commercial objectives.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to represent the company externally.

- Experience in setting up lab infrastructure and working with R&D teams.
