For a highly innovative, cutting-edge biomedicine and diagnostics start-up, we are currently looking for a COO to help the company achieve its next milestones. The company combines AI and data tech to revolutionise biomedicine. Previously focused on R&D and academia, our client is now ready to transform into a scalable biotech business. As the COO, you will act as the interface between the company's academic foundation and its commercial ambitions, ensuring operational complexities are managed and developed.

IHRE AUFGABEN

• Translate the company's goals into actionable plans.
• Represent the firm and serve as a contact for external and internal stakeholders on operational matters.
• Evaluate and implement new systems and processes to manage growth effectively.
• Establish operational workflows and coordinate teams accordingly.
• Assist in developing and executing plans for setting up independent lab infrastructure, including procurement of equipment.
• Ensure alignment between scientific and commercial objectives to achieve company goals.
• Support hiring strategies and assist in recruiting critical personnel.
• Implement measures for talent retention.
• Support business development related to pricing and revenue models.
• Contribute to strategic partnerships.
• Participate in fund allocation, financial forecasting, and budget planning.
