What we are looking for

Amplifon seeks a talented Financial Controlling Specialist – Finanzcontroller (m/f/d) to join the Finance Team in Hamburg, reporting directly to the Financial Planning and Control Manager.

This role supports management in decision-making by providing insights and analysis of the local entity’s business performance, which generates over million Euros in turnover.

The role ensures proper control of investments aligned with results and assists in setting long- and short-term financial goals.

You will work in a fast-paced, evolving environment, facing new challenges with great empowerment and international growth opportunities.

What will you be doing?

The Financial Controlling Specialist will be responsible for:

• Analyzing business activities and financial results
• Preparing management reports for the local leadership team
• Preparing monthly reports for corporate functions
• Supporting strategic planning and monthly forecasting
• Reporting on COGS, Opex, and Capex investments, comparing with targets
• Reviewing results and forecasts with area directors
• Providing financial support and analysis for M&A activities
• Advising on business improvements and supporting management decisions through thorough analysis

What you'll need

• University degree, preferably in Economics
• Relevant experience in Planning & Control or Accounting
• Experience in a multinational and complex environment
• Fluent in English and German
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills
• Planning, organization, and coordination abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• International mindset
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and pressure
