Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for examining, maintaining, and correcting production-relevant data and master data in the ERP system Microsoft D365.

• Preparation and execution of monthly and yearly closings in the production area
• Analysis of closing results and participation in the creation of monthly forecasts
• Identification and conception of optimization potential in the context of closing activities
• Development, maintenance, and further development of internal reporting for controlling production processes
• Creation of ad-hoc analyses for production-related questions
• Collaboration in interdisciplinary projects for the further development of production controlling

Requirements

• Completed degree in business administration, industrial engineering with a focus on controlling, or a commercial education with corresponding further training in controlling
• In-depth knowledge in the area of accounting and closing activities
• Experience in handling ERP systems, ideally Microsoft D365
• Very good MS-Office skills, especially Excel
• Strong affinity for digital processes and technical relationships
• Analytical thinking and enjoyment of data analysis
• Teamwork, initiative, and structured work
