The Landbell Group is the leading provider of services and consulting for international environmental compliance. Our goal is to reduce the complexity of extended product responsibility and other product- and packaging-related requirements for manufacturers and retailers and to offer them the best solutions and offers. We are active for our customers in over 30 countries worldwide and organize all legal take-back obligations across borders and countries.

Who we are looking for – and for what:

We are looking for an experienced controller to elevate our financial operations. Do you have a knack for numbers, a sense of structure, and ideally experience in medium-sized corporate structures? Then you’ve come to the right place.

Here’s what your workflow looks like:
  • You will be given clear responsibilities, but also a lot of freedom to participate.
  • Monthly structured closing process, supplemented by ad-hoc analyses and project tasks.
  • You will be part of our finance team, working closely with management and various departments.
What makes you – and us – special:

We don’t want controlling from yesterday. We seek co-creators who make stories out of numbers and see the big picture. With us, you can make an impact – for the environment, for people, for a better tomorrow.

Your responsibilities
  • Consolidate the company’s figures accurately, timely, and transparently.
  • Develop reporting and control instruments that are correct and understandable.
  • Bring processes into structure, drive digitization of controlling, and establish modern tools.
  • Work closely with management and departments as a strategic partner, with a focus on the big picture.
  • Deliver impactful analyses and forecasts relevant to decision-making and future planning.
Your Qualifications
  • Experience in group controlling, preferably from medium-sized companies.
  • Deep knowledge of consolidation and reporting.
  • Analytical thinking, structured working style, and proficiency with common tools.
  • Experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI).
  • Interest in environmental and sustainability issues.
  • Knowledge of project controlling.
  • Fluent in English and German.
We offer you
  • Exciting responsibilities with growth opportunities in an international environment.
  • Attractive office with roof terrace overlooking the Rhine, located in the Malakoff Passage with excellent transport links.
  • Flexible working hours and remote work options.
  • Tailored continuing education, including free English lessons in small groups.
  • Occupational health initiatives such as webinars on health topics.
  • Options including public transport allowance, free parking, or a Landbell job bike (for private use).
  • Corporate benefit card with over 100,000 acceptance points across Germany.
  • 30 days of vacation plus additional days off on Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve.
  • We promote community and diversity through company events and external activities like the Rhine Clean Up Day.
