• Oversee financial controlling, budgeting, and forecasting to ensure financial health and strategic growth.
• Analyze financial performance, cost structures, and profitability across defense contracts and commercial projects.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS, GAAP, ITAR, FAR / DFARS, and NATO procurement financial regulations.
• Develop and monitor KPIs, cash flow management, and cost optimization strategies.
• Implement internal financial controls, audits, and risk assessments to enhance compliance and efficiency.
• Support pricing strategies and cost calculations for UAV systems, SaaS monetization, and long-term contracts.
• Collaborate with accounting, tax, and legal teams to align financial reporting with regulatory requirements.
• Work with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) to streamline financial processes.

Your profile

• 5+ years experience in controlling, financial planning, or strategic finance.
• Strong expertise in cost accounting, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience with defense sector financial management, contract accounting, and multi-year budgeting.
• Proficiency in ERP systems, financial modeling, and data-driven decision-making.
• Knowledge of government contracts, export control-related financial reporting, and risk management.

Nice to have

• Experience in defense, aerospace, or dual-use technology financial planning.
• Background in financial risk assessment for high-tech and government-funded projects.
• Knowledge of public funding structures, grants, and defense R&D financing (DARPA, EDF, EU Horizon, NATO programs).
