The position can be filled in full or part time.

We are looking for a “Controller (f/m/d)” for the “Order Management” department at the Oberkochen site at the earliest possible date.

The “Order Management” department is responsible for commercial order processing in the “Operations/Production” area. The activity includes the project commercial function to ensure economic order processing. The objective is to increase efficiency and optimize the operational service creation process and to achieve business objectives.

• Establishing a controlling-capable structure and processes for actively controlling the manufacturing costs of individual products
• Optimizing and performing commercial tasks as part of the internal service creation process
• Performing monitoring and control tasks to support those responsible in production, with the aim of increasing efficiency and optimizing the operational service creation process
• Ensuring a correct flow of values, cost accounting value flow
• Assisting in the preparation of product calculations
• Actively managing the execution of production projects
• Regularly preparing costings and risk assessments for individual products
• Recognizing deviations from plan at an early stage and assisting in the development and implementation of corrective measures

• Completed studies in business administration or comparable
• Several years of experience in project and order processing as well as in finance
• Very good knowledge of cost accounting
• Very good knowledge of SAP R/3
• Previous knowledge of S4/HANA advantageous
• Independent, structured and reliable way of working
• Assertiveness and very good communication skills
• Business fluent in German and English
