Qualifikationen

At diconium, you will work on projects that create value from software data and AI, enabling businesses to achieve more with less. You will collaborate with over 2,300 fellow experts to support globally leading companies in maximizing the impact of digital efforts and delivering solutions with measurable business impacts. Note: This position is limited to 2 years as a parental leave replacement.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

You will act as a sparring partner and shaper of our business-related issues and financial processes related to our digital business.

You will support and further develop our existing reporting and controlling processes.

Your responsibilities include classic controlling tasks such as revenue planning, forecasting, reporting, variance analysis, and annual planning.

You will analyze cost structures and develop improvement proposals for our project business, especially project controlling.

Your tasks also include ad hoc topics, special analyses, evaluations of business cases, and participation in interdisciplinary projects.

WHAT YOU BRING ALONG

You have successfully completed your business studies and have at least 3 years of professional experience in controlling (preferably project or business controlling) or in a consulting environment. Alternatively, you may have been a project or product manager seeking a new challenge in the world of numbers.

Experience in the service, IT/software sector, or digital agencies is preferred but not mandatory.

Your qualities include analytical skills, affinity for numbers and processes, organizational skills, complemented by communication skills, agility, assertiveness, pragmatism, and entrepreneurial thinking.

You have an interest in digital developments and are comfortable working independently and proactively.

You possess excellent knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel, and have very good German (C1 or higher) and good English skills.
