What you will find with us

For our growing finance team, we are looking for a Controller (all genders).

Do you like the challenge of developing the right strategies from figures and data volumes to secure the future of our growing company? Are you a number cruncher? If so, we want you on our team!

As Controller, you will play a key role in securing our company’s internal controls. You’ll prepare special reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and evaluate our company’s figures. This role is ideal for a skilled professional who enjoys working independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

The role described here offers the following challenges:

1. Establish and further develop a company-wide controlling and reporting system
2. Prepare regular reports, forecasts, and ad-hoc analyses for Management and the Executive Board
3. Oversee internal reporting for the German entities in close collaboration with the corporate team
4. Prepare variance analyses and explain results at various levels of the group; closely coordinate with senior management on all business-related matters
5. Responsible for monthly forecasting as well as annual (multi-year) planning and budgeting
6. Support the optimization and expansion of controlling processes and systems across all functional areas (e.g., Sales, Utilization, HR, Marketing, IT)
7. Manage our management reporting system (based on Tagetik & Power BI) in coordination with the corporate team

Who you are

In addition to a strong can-do mentality and controlling experience, you own the following qualities and qualifications:

1. Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Controlling, Finance, or a comparable field
2. At least 5–6 years of professional experience in controlling, ideally in a service or consulting environment
3. Entrepreneurial mindset, strong commercial skills, and the ability to quickly grasp complex issues
4. Experience in establishing or further developing controlling structures is a plus; solid expertise in reporting, planning, and analysis processes
5. Excellent Excel skills and proficiency in common BI tools (e.g., Power BI and Tagetik)
6. Strong analytical abilities, initiative, and a structured way of working
7. Excellent communication skills and the ability to present complex topics in a target-group-oriented manner
8. High IT affinity, strong numerical skills, and a high standard of quality
9. Service- and team-oriented personality with a hands-on mentality
10. Very good German and English skills (at least C1 level)
