Qualifikationen

As a Controller (all genders) you are part of the Group Controlling Team of 4 people who are located at our Headquarter in Hamburg. As a team, we are responsible for analyzing ParshipMeet Group's financial results, driving our segment-wide planning processes and creating our monthly shareholder reporting. We dive deep into business for centralized functions like HR, Legal and IT costs, where we take over analytical and reporting responsibility. This position offers the opportunity to play an active role in shaping processes and structures within our continuously evolving Controlling and Finance community.

• You have successfully completed a degree in economics with a focus on finance, controlling or accounting
• You have already gained 2–3 years of professional experience in Finance & Controlling
• You have experience in the use of modern analysis tools (PowerBI or comparable solutions)
• You are proficient in both German and English

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

• Very have good knowledge of cost and performance accounting, knowledge of financial accounting (IFRS)
• You already have experience in analyzing and interpreting figures and data and can derive appropriate recommendations for action from them
• You demonstrate a strong analytical and structured way of thinking and working.
• Your hands-on mentality means you are always ready to solve any problem
• You feel comfortable in a flexible environment and inspire people with your friendly personality
• You work independently, with a high quality of work and are a reliable team player
• Experienced with MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• You are responsible for the analysis of monthly financial statements for our German entities, to this end, you will be in contact with Accounting and the specialist departments
• You coordinate the group-wide planning process for the central functions with the specialist departments
• You support the preparation of the group reporting
• You critically scrutinize existing processes and methods and help to improve them
• You maintain and further development reports within Navision and our business model
• You work independently on project tasks and subject-specific topics
