Job Title: BI Controller

Hybrid: Dusseldorf - 2 days per week

Our customer is focused in the logistics industry are looking for a BI Controller to bridge the gap between finance and data. You will have an oversight with a strong focus on business intelligence, using tools like Power BI to transform financial and operational data.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage robust financial and operational dashboards using Power BI, ensuring accurate and timely reporting for key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with finance, operations, and executive teams to identify KPIs, automate reports, and improve visibility into business performance.
• Lead the integration of data from ERP, CRM, and other business systems into a central BI environment.
• Support financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting with real-time data models and scenario analysis.
• Creation financial reports and dashboards.
• Act as a strategic business partner, translating financial data into insights that support tactical and strategic decision-making.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in finance or controlling, with at least 2 years working directly with Power BI or similar BI tools.
• Deep understanding of financial reporting, accounting principles, and data modelling.
• Strong experience in building and maintaining dashboards, DAX formulas, and Power Query transformations.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Fluent German Speaking
