Qualifikationen

• Mindestens vier Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position.
• Sehr gute Kenntnisse der Rechnungslegung und Finanzberichterstattung gemäß HGB.
• Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.

Aufgaben

• Verantwortlich für laufende Controlling durch detaillierte Analyse von Plan/Ist-Abweichungen.
• Erstellung von Präsentationen für das Management und externe Stakeholder.
• Verantwortung für die jährliche Budgetplanung und Forecasts.

YOUR TASKS

As (Senior) Controller (m / f / x), you are part of our controlling team and contact person for our management, our teams, and external stakeholders.

• You are responsible for the implementation of ongoing controlling through detailed analysis of plan / actual deviations.
• You create presentations for the Avantgarde management as well as for external stakeholders, banks, and shareholders.
• You are responsible for our annual budget planning and intra-year forecasts (e.g., in LucaNet).
• You prepare short, medium, and long-term liquidity calculations for the Avantgarde Group.
• You create ad hoc reports and monthly analyses.
• You communicate and coordinate with other Avantgarde locations around the world comfortably.
• You work on finance transformation projects.

YOUR PROFILE

• Successfully completed business studies with a focus on accounting and controlling.
• At least four years of relevant professional experience in a comparable position, in corporate finance or auditing.
• Very good knowledge of accounting and financial reporting in accordance with HGB; experience with Datev is an advantage.
• Excellent knowledge of budgeting and forecasting processes and a strong understanding of numbers.
• Confident handling of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication skills and assertiveness; enjoy teamwork and cross-functional projects.
• Very good written and spoken German and English language skills.
