Qualifikationen

What you'll do

• Enjoy television & new technologies, and help ensure the availability of Sky Channels & Services on current and future distribution and device platforms.
• Monitor Sky Channels & Services in real-time, focusing on Platinum content across all Sky distribution channels.
• Improve Sky services and support the creation of reports.
• Communicate incidents to/from external providers and internal Sky departments.
• Handle procedures for incident, change, and service level management.

What you'll bring

• 2-4 years of experience in the OTT or pay-TV environment, with basic knowledge of TV technology (OTT, broadcast platforms, distribution channels, end devices).
• Good communication skills, ability to work independently, and stay calm in stressful situations.
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills.
• Service-oriented and team player.
• Willingness to work shifts, including nights and on-call (7 days/week).
• Proficiency in MS Office, with good written and spoken German and English skills.
