Do you feel…

Assist the General Counsel in negotiating non-standard terms and significant contract disputes.
  • Dedicated to assisting Human Resources with employment agreements and Finance with lease and rental agreements.
  • Committed to engaging the General Counsel as needed to ensure contract compliance with European and global laws and regulations. Collaborate with Sales Operations, Sales, and Finance leadership to enforce contractual legal requirements.
  • Able to draft contractual documents and ensure final agreements are accurate and aligned with negotiated terms. Manage timely contract execution, renewals, extensions, and close-outs in compliance with Travelzoo policies.
  • Determined to serve as the single point of contact for all contractual matters in Europe and provide global support as needed. Assist in centralizing and optimizing contract processes across the organization.
  • Responsible for managing contract-related records and documentation, including overseeing Travelzoo’s OneDrive and Evisort contract management system. Support the implementation, training, and enforcement of signature authority policies.
  • Capable of contributing to the update, creation, and implementation of template agreements, working closely with Sales Operations and another Contracts Manager across regions, and assisting with document translations as needed.
  • Keen to oversee the operational aspects of Travelzoo’s template agreements, collaborating with Sales Operations, Sales teams, and clients.

You are ideally…

  • Degree-educated in Law, Business, or a related field, or a trained Rechtsanwaltsfachangestellter
  • Fluent in German and English, with French and/or Spanish as a plus
  • Experienced, with at least 3 years in contract negotiation, administration, or management, demonstrating tangible results
  • Skilled in negotiation, problem-solving, and communication
  • Proficient in contract-related software, including Word, Excel, and Adobe
  • Able to manage multiple projects independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Strong in drafting contracts and adapting legal requirements pragmatically
  • Clear and concise in communication, with strong interpersonal skills to navigate internal and external issues effectively
  • Capable of managing competing priorities while delivering high-quality work independently
  • A team player with strong attention to detail and flexibility

What’s in it for you…

  • Broaden your horizon by working with a global team and potentially in a different country
  • Experience one of our travel deals first-hand each year, with additional vacation days and a travel budget – we call it the Travelzoo Experience
  • We recognize your achievements with our employee awards
  • Enjoy working like an entrepreneur? Our flat hierarchies will provide you with this opportunity
  • We offer competitive compensation and benefit packages
