• Preparation and execution of contract creation, including tender procedures and negotiations, in coordination with internal departments and external contacts for offshore grid connections.
• Development and continuous improvement of contract standards in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Support in processing insurance claims.
• Experience in contractual project management, leading project teams in national and international large-scale projects.
• Independent coordination of contract and claim management across projects.
• Detailed analysis of completed contracts, assessing opportunities and risks.
• Development of strategies to implement contractual rights and obligations, correspondence with contract partners, and enforcement or defense of claims.

Your Profile:

• Successfully completed studies in business law, civil engineering, maritime studies, or similar fields.
• Analytical and entrepreneurial thinking, communication skills, assertiveness, and strong interest in projects.
• Fluent English skills; additional languages like Spanish are advantageous.
• Proficiency in MS Office; experience with document management systems in large projects is desirable.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
