As Contract Manager SITE SERVICES FACILITIES, you are part of the Global Procurement team within the Risk, Contracts & Compliance group, specifically in the Direct Materials & Site Services (DM&SS) Contracts team.
You will report directly to the Head of Direct Materials and Site Services Contracts and focus on supporting Third-Party Risk Management processes, including contract drafting and negotiations.
Your role involves supporting our team in Basel with the following responsibilities:
Who you are :
You have a successfully completed university degree with a legal and/or technical focus (e.g., Master of Laws, Bachelor of Laws, Master of Business Laws, Diploma in Engineering) or an equivalent qualification.
You possess legal expertise in contract drafting and can independently draft complex contractual agreements and terms.
You have previous experience in contract management, SITE SERVICES FACILITIES projects, and ideally in the pharmaceutical industry. You have demonstrated professional competence in complex contract negotiations, structuring, and risk management.
You possess strong communication and negotiation skills, enabling you to interact effectively with internal and external partners at all hierarchy levels in a business-oriented manner.
You are assertive, goal-oriented, and experienced in project cooperation and management within international teams.
You have excellent written and spoken English skills; knowledge of German is highly desirable.
