• As a Contract Manager (m/f/d), you will be the point of contact for all matters related to contract and claim management within projects.
• You will support the sales phase as well as the purchasing department by reviewing contracts and coordinating the interfaces between contract and technology, along with the legal department.
• You will be responsible for developing project- and customer-specific claim strategies towards customers as well as suppliers.
• Additionally, you will work closely with the project manager of the overall project and support all contractual questions during project execution.
• You will train the project team on legal obligations, particularly regarding acceptance conditions.

Application Requirements What you need to succeed

• You have successfully completed studies in business administration, business law, law, or economics, or have a comparable qualification.
• Ideally, you have several years of experience in contract management, a strong technical background in the automation industry and handling project contracts.
• Detailed knowledge of contract law as well as change and claim management.
• You have a confident demeanor, negotiation skills, and strong communication abilities.
• Very good German and English skills and a willingness to travel occasionally complete your profile.
