Job Description:

We are looking for a Contract Management Consultant (m/f/d) experienced within the Energy Industry.

Start: 01.07.2025
End: 31.12.2025
Volume: 120

Responsibilities:

1. Establish and maintain trading relationships with counterparts including negotiation of master trading agreements.
2. Coordination of novation with counterparties.
3. Negotiate collateral documents.
4. Negotiate agreements with Energy Exchanges.
5. Negotiate brokerage agreements.
6. Act as coordinating interface between various support functions (e.g. legal, accounting, tax, regulatory, compliance).

Objective:

Preparation of UK market access for MFE; establish MTA standards and broaden counterparty portfolio, also – if required – for other EM entities (apart from MFE) to implement strategic solutions.

Skills:

Must haves:

1. Experience in the energy industry.
2. Experience with contract negotiations.
3. Legal background required.
4. English must.

Nice to have:

1. German advantageous.
2. Lawyer advantageous.
3. Experience with stock exchanges advantageous.
