Über uns
EU AMXL Operations team is looking for a 3PL / Contract Logistics Manager to join the team and play a role in the overall management for the Germany AMXL 3PFC team. The role will be responsible for a part of the 3PL operations in Demand reports to the MEU Manager 3PL for AMXL in Europe. The role includes the overall interfacing with Retail, Supply Chain and Transportation Teams and external as well as internal Fulfillment Operations partner.

Key job responsibilities

1. Responsible for managing and controlling quality, performance, cost and capacity of AMXL external fulfillment provider (3PL).
2. Contribute and lead major projects within the EU AMXL Fulfillment Operations / Supply Chain / Transportation team to support the growth of our business and selection.
3. Monitor and analyze customer experience and delivery performance.
4. Maintain and develop KPI and SLA with 3PL / carriers through daily management.
5. Contribute to process improvements and cost optimization initiatives in collaboration with the EU and Worldwide AMXL Fulfillment Operations, Supply Chain, Retail, Customer Service and Transportation teams.
6. Drive contract negotiations and ramp-ups of new external fulfillment partners.

Amazon Extra Large (AMXL) looks after heavy items like furniture and large home appliances. Our team manages the entire service, from supply chain fulfilment to delivery and returns. We offer an extra level of customer care, including unpacking, assembling, installing, and old item removal. Focused on safety, productivity, and innovation, we aim to improve how customers buy and receive large goods. We plan to expand our fulfilment centres and delivery stations across the UK and Europe.

Qualifications

Grundqualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree with proven project delivery within scope, time, budget, and quality.
• Strong data analysis skills, capable of producing and interpreting data.
• Technical expertise with a solution-driven approach to systems & processes.
• Fluent in German and English; other languages are desirable.

Bevorzugte Qualifikationen

• Master, Diploma Degree, or MBA preferred.
• Proficiency in analytical tools, SQL, Visual Basic, and data warehouses.
