Contract Logistik Manager, AMXL 3PL FC (m/w/d)

Job Description:

EU AMXL Operations team is seeking a 3PL / Contract Logistics Manager to join and oversee the management of the Germany AMXL 3PFC team.

The role involves managing a segment of the 3PL operations in Demand, reporting to the MEU Manager 3PL for AMXL in Europe.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Managing quality, performance, cost, and capacity of the external fulfillment provider (3PL).
2. Leading major projects within EU AMXL Fulfillment Operations, Supply Chain, and Transportation to support business growth.
3. Monitoring customer experience and delivery performance.
4. Maintaining and developing KPIs and SLAs with 3PL/carriers through daily management.
5. Contributing to process improvements and cost optimization initiatives in collaboration with various teams.
6. Driving contract negotiations and ramp-ups for new external fulfillment partners.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree.
• Proven project delivery within scope, time, budget, and quality.
• Strong data analysis skills.
• Technical expertise with a solution-driven approach to systems and processes.
• Fluent in German and English; other languages are desirable.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's, Diploma, or MBA preferred.
• Proficiency in analytical tools such as SQL and Visual Basic.
