ABB AG in Heidelberg is seeking an HR Business Partner on a fixed-term basis (1 year) to develop and implement people strategies for the Energy Distribution unit. You will partner with line managers, support HR processes across the employee lifecycle, and serve as the HR representative in the business to build strong relationships with leaders and staff.

The role requires at least 2 years of HRBP experience, a degree in economics, and fluency in German and English.
