Qualifikationen

As a Contract Analyst I (m/f/d) you will be working for one of the most successful global pharmaceutical companies to support them in developing new drugs in critical areas to increase health and quality of life all over the world.

Responsibilities

What you will be doing:

  • Prepare and finalize all required site agreements and budgets
  • Coordinate and develop contracts and change orders for newly awarded and ongoing projects
  • Work with respective Contract Manager to recognize when client questions/comments require input and review by Legal and/or operations/senior management or with the client
  • Ensure regular communication and escalations to expedite the planning for essential documents as required
  • Capable of drafting site contracts and budgets
Qualifications

You are:

  • BA/BSc in business, legal or science related field
  • At least 1.5 years’ experience as contract negotiator in legal or pharmaceutical field, preferably within a CRO
  • Previous negotiation of site clinical contracts and budgets required
  • Ability to work independently and also as a team member and to organize tasks, time and priorities, ability to multi-task
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Proficient in German and English
