TDK Sensors AG & Co. KG is part of the Business Group Temperature & Pressure Sensors, specializing in the development, production, and marketing of temperature and pressure sensors. These sensors are used in automotive, medical, and household applications.

For our Quality department within the Temperature & Pressure Sensors Business Group in Berlin-Zehlendorf, we are hiring a Continuous Improvement Manager (w/m/d).

  • Analyze and continuously optimize business processes.
  • Support process transfer during production relocation.
  • Communicate and collaborate with various departments and locations during process implementation.
  • Authorize process implementation and optimization.
  • Develop and implement strategies for problem solving and process improvement.
  • Assist process owners in defining processes and selecting key performance indicators.
  • Requirements include a degree in Economics, Engineering, or a similar field.
  • Experience in an industrial environment, preferably automotive.
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel.
  • Strong analytical skills and a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills, assertiveness, and teamwork abilities.
  • Experience in process optimization is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of Project Management, Lean Management, Six Sigma, and Kaizen is a plus.
