We are looking for a creative storytelling Content Writer & Manager (f/m/d) 60-100% with a strategic mindset and a passion for impactful content to join our teamasap located in Root, Switzerland or Berlin, Germany and help drive the future of energy storage solutions. In your role, you will be at the heart of our brand communication - crafting compelling content across formats, managing our digital presence, and ensuring our messaging aligns with analytics insights, our product roadmap, and overall marketing goals. You will take ownership, shape our brand's voice, build community engagement, and drive content innovation by translating technical babble into laymen's terms.

Your tasks and Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a content plant together with our PR team that is aligned with our marketing strategy, analytics insights, and product roadmap
• Create regular content pieces (text, photos, and videos) in collaboration with our internal design team
• Set up, manage, and maintain our content repository
• Develop different content formats like articles, blog posts, newsletters, white papers, case studies, etc.
• Manage the company's social media channels (LinkedIn for now and more to come) including writing posts and engaging with our audience and groups
• Implement a social media management tool that supports the expansion of social media channels
• Manage the blog and news sections on our website
• Create SEO writing and one-page SEO
• Manage our internal information stream (e.g. intranet news board)
• Develop an AI agent setup that supports our marketing efforts regarding content together with Marketing, PR, and IT

Must have's

• Bachelor's degree in communication, engineering, or related field or similar education
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in copy writing, content creation, and management
• Excellent German and English language skills (verbal and written)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate across teams
• Experience with CMS platforms (e.g. Webflow), SEO tools, and analytics platforms
• Experience with SEO best practices incl. keyword research, on-page optimization, metadata, and content structuring to improve organic visibility and search rankings
• Creative mindset with a focus on branding and storytelling
• Empathy for the different target groups and ability to adapt tone and style to their respective needs
• Ability to simplify complex topics - translating technical babble into laymen's terms
• Experience working with international teams

Nice to have's

• Familiarity with the energy or greentech/cleantech industry
• Familiarity with battery technologies, renewable energy, or engineering topics
• Understanding UX principles to support the development of integrated digital dashboards for customers and partners
• Knowledge of CRM tools (e.g. PipeDrive) and ERP systems for streamlining campaign management
• Familiarity with qualitative and quantitative research methods
• Master's degree in communication, engineering, or related field

Location: Root, Switzerland or Berlin, Germany - if not on-site in our office in Technopark Luzern, then occasional travel to our office
