AirHelp is a global travel tech company seeking a senior content writer to own the copy across the full customer journey. You will translate complex insurance and travel features into concise, persuasive language that drives conversions.
You’ll work with marketing, CRM, product, and design to scale messaging across 35 markets and harness data-driven experiments to prove results. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, defend your creative choices, and push for continuous improvements
AirHelp is a global travel tech company on a mission to make every journey smoother. We built our name helping millions of travellers claim the flight compensation they're owed - and that's now the foundation of a broader platform of travel protection and convenience products spanning the entire journey.
Words move people - and at AirHelp, your words will move millions of travellers from doubt to action. We're looking for someone who treats copy as a growth lever, not decoration: someone who can turn a confusing insurance product into three sentences that make a stressed traveller click "yes." You'll have real ownership over content that touches every part of our funnel, across 35 markets, with the data and experimentation culture to prove your work actually works.
If you've ever rewritten a sentence eleven times because the tenth version converted at 4% and you knew you could get to 6% - this is your kind of place. You'll work shoulder-to-shoulder with marketing, CRM, product, and design teams who care as much about the "why" behind a headline as the "headline itself", and you'll have the platform to see your writing turn into measurable revenue, not just praise in a Slack channel.
