WHAT YOU WILL DO WITH US
- You will be responsible for the preparation and realisation of pitches and content workshops and ensure the placement of our content services.
- You plan and manage the target group and company-orientated implementation of content in customer projects in the B2B and B2C sectors.
- You advise our customers on KPIs that will really help them and always link content and marketing measures with measurable success - you regularly evaluate results.
- You devise long-term content visions for our clients, constantly surprise them with new content ideas and are familiar with the classic tools and procedures of digital content marketing.
- You are responsible for the analysis, evaluation, planning and conception of extensive content projects (content strategy development, workshops, format development, customer journey optimisation, email marketing campaigns, relaunch consulting, etc.).
- You are in regular dialogue with other project participants and manage producers, freelancers and team members from other areas, in close coordination with project management.
YOU ARE...

YOU HAVE...
- At least 5 years of professional experience as a content strategist/content consultant or as a marketing manager (with an editorial background) in a comparable position, ideally in an agency.
- Experience in customer consulting and dealing with large brands and companies.
- Extensive knowledge of content marketing and a strong interdisciplinary mindset across editorial, design, UX and development.
- Lots of experience in conceptualising and creating content for various target groups and channels.
- Communication skills, assertiveness, organisational strength and good time management to ensure the smooth running of the project.
- Ideally already have experience as a consultant/strategist in the areas of e-commerce, HR/employer branding or CRM and in the retail, HR, legal, industrial, medical or pharmaceutical sectors.
YOU ARE WELL VERSED...
- Analysing our clients' existing content, channels and target groups and gathering information from stakeholders (interviews on goals, expectations, experiences).
- In the independent development of data-driven content strategies and concepts as well as the organisation and management of customer workshops.
- With the stages of customer and candidate journeys and understand how to develop targeted content strategies and measures to optimise the experience.
- In MS Office, content management systems, newsletter tools, social media channels, with digital collaboration tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence, Figma).
- With various data analysis and design tools, the most important HTML codes, search engine and content optimisation and, if possible, the Adobe Creative Cloud.
- With marketing and communication strategies and digital trends.
