THE ROLE AND THE TEAM

Zalando is seeking a hands-on and creative Content Manager & Producer to enhance our content production across key B2B channels. This role is part of the Partner Marketing & Communications team within the Corporate Affairs department and is embedded in the Creative team, responsible for shaping our brand storytelling for fashion brands and retailers.

As Europe’s leading fashion and lifestyle ecosystem, Zalando’s B2B communications aim to be bold, engaging, and trend-aware—content that captures attention and stops scrolling.

The ideal candidate can transform creative ideas into operational realities by planning and executing productions, coordinating with creators and freelancers, delivering high-quality content on schedule, and managing publishing and performance tracking across channels like LinkedIn and our website. This role demands someone who excels in fast-paced environments, possesses strong production skills, channel expertise, and a proactive approach.

WHAT WE’D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING)

  1. Plan, coordinate, and execute high-quality B2B content production, focusing on video and visual storytelling aligned with Zalando’s brand.
  2. Lead the entire content production process, including briefing, scripting, directing freelancers/agencies, and ensuring timely delivery.
  3. Collaborate daily with art directors and creative partners to meet strategic and visual standards.
  4. Support hands-on execution when needed, such as video editing and Photoshop for quick assets or testing.
  5. Manage Zalando’s B2B content presence on LinkedIn and owned platforms, ensuring consistent publishing and performance monitoring.
  6. Utilize Contentful CMS and analytics tools to optimize content and improve distribution and reach.

WE’D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF YOU ARE

  1. A creative content creator with experience in B2B or brand marketing environments.
  2. Capable of working closely with designers and art directors to produce visually aligned content that meets brand standards.
  3. Experienced in managing LinkedIn content operations—planning, publishing, and optimizing posts for engagement.
  4. Skilled in content workflows, from intake to approval, in cross-functional teams.
  5. Proficient in Contentful CMS, with knowledge of SEO and performance tracking tools.
  6. Experience in fashion, retail, or tech industries is a plus.
  7. Advanced video editing and motion graphics skills are desirable.
