Toshiba TEC Germany Imaging Systems GmbH is part of a global corporation operating in the technology sector and due to its innovations has been a leader in its field for more than 150 years - for example as a leading manufacturer & supplier for digital and multifunctional systems for office communication. For our European Headquarter located in Neuss (close to Düsseldorf) we are currently looking for a new colleague to support within our European Sales & Marketing Division in part-time (Hybrid work concept):

Tasks

• Content Creation (Digital & Print):
  Develop and design compelling content (images, videos, graphics, and copy) for digital channels such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook as well as print materials including brochures, flyers, and other marketing material
• Content Distribution & Maintenance:
  Ensure timely delivery and distribution of content across appropriate digital platforms. Maintain and update existing materials, ensuring consistency and brand alignment across all touchpoints
• Social Media Management:
  Plan, create, and manage content for our corporate social media channels. Ensure that all content aligns with our content strategy and brand tone of voice. Monitor engagement and contribute to community management
• Campaign Support:
  Work closely with internal stakeholders to support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and product launches
• Content Strategy & Performance Analysis:
  Support the development and execution of content strategies. Track and analyze content performance metrics to continuously optimize content planning and creation

Requirements

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field – or equivalent professional experience
• Solid experience in a similar content-driven marketing role, ideally in an international or cross-functional environment
• Proven track record in creating content for both social media and print
• Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (especially InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator); experience with video editing tools (Premiere Pro, After Effects) is a plus
• Comfortable working in a Mac environment
• Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT is considered an asset
• A proactive and structured working style, with the ability to coordinate across departments, countries, and external partners
• Fluent in English (spoken and written); any additional European language is a plus
